I’m a bodybuilder and my goal is to have the body that you want.
So how do I get started?
The answer is to start with a solid foundation of basic fitness skills.
For many people, this is not possible.
That’s why I started The Bodybuilding Blog with a simple goal: get people started with basic fitness basics.
So I started the blog in January 2015, when I was a freshman at my alma mater, the University of New Mexico.
I wanted to help other aspiring bodybuilders and help them reach their goals.
I also wanted to inspire others to become bodybuilders.
In my opinion, it is so important for you to have fun doing your own thing.
So for the first time in my life, I started doing my own thing — I started writing articles about how to build muscle, build strength, and build a strong body.
I would like to give you a little bit of my personal story and why I decided to do what I did.
The Bodybuilder Blog started as a blog.
I started it because I was bored of my normal life.
So, when my parents told me that I was starting a blog, I immediately wanted to try it out.
I found it very interesting and fun to do, and I loved it.
The first couple of months were very fun.
I was working on the site and posting content, and it was just me and my blog.
It was an experiment.
It felt like I was on a journey.
It wasn’t something that was going to last forever.
But then, in March 2015, I got a call from a mutual friend, who is an athlete.
He told me about the bodybuilding blog.
He said, “I think you should try it.”
So I did it.
I posted articles and articles and I did a few videos.
It just snowballed.
So over the next few months, we started posting content about how people build muscle.
We started getting a lot of feedback from the community.
The people were loving it.
Then in September 2015, a few months after the blog launched, my wife and I were invited to the inaugural Bodybuilding World Championships.
It’s one of the biggest bodybuilding events in the world, and the first bodybuilding event to be held in the United States since the 1970s.
We were thrilled, and we had a great time.
I think the event was a success, and people loved it as well.
We wanted to do it again.
So in October 2015, after a few weeks of doing training sessions, I finally had the time to really get down and personal with the body.
So we did a couple of workouts at the gym and did a bodybuilding show, and that was it.
We really didn’t know what was going on inside of me.
I had been reading and watching all of the news and the blog posts about how athletes build muscle and how to do the exercises.
I thought, What can I learn from that?
I decided that I would try to be more personal and give the readers some of the secrets of bodybuilding.
I began to put more thought into my posts and more thought on what my goals were, how to get there, and how I was going about getting there.
And then, as a result, I wrote the first article about bodybuilding for The Bodybuilders Blog in April 2015.
I’m so grateful to the Bodybuilders community for the support that they gave me throughout this process.
That blog became the backbone of my blog, and since then, it has evolved into a website with tons of articles and lots of videos.
We have a lot more articles in the pipeline, and more videos coming soon.
My goal is for The The Bodybreakers to grow into a national bodybuilding magazine, a fitness lifestyle magazine, and even a fitness book.
I’ve been fortunate to have an incredible group of contributors who helped me along the way.
My biggest challenge has been keeping up with the growing body of content that I publish on the blog.
In the past, I would send out an article, and then it would take several weeks to get it to people.
But now, I can do it in a matter of days.
And when you’re reading my content, you can get inspired.
It is so much fun.
But, I’m also trying to be a bit more selective in what I share.
So if I can get a piece that’s just a couple articles long, it’s a good piece.
But if I’m trying to share something that is over four to five articles long?
It’s a tough sell.
But I love that people can take things from my blog and make their own decisions.
I like that people find value in my work.
I want to share what I have to share with you.
