The National Association of Booksellers and Authors says a majority of booksellers believe the book market is in a “very positive” phase.
The association released its latest Book and Paper Market Report for 2015, which said bookseller activity has “remained fairly steady” in 2015.
It also said book sales grew in 2016 and the book trade is now growing faster than at any point since 1993.
However, the association said book trade activity is not keeping pace with consumer spending and said the industry will need to adjust its policies to ensure that more people are able to afford to buy books.
It said book buyers are now looking for more choices in the types of books they buy and are not willing to wait to get their books to bookstores.
The report also found that the number of bookstores was increasing, as bookselling is becoming more mainstream.
It’s a positive development, said James R. Schuster, president of the association.
He said bookstores are not the only players in the book industry.
But, he added, there are a number of smaller bookstores that do not have the same level of visibility as big-box bookstores do.
He expects that bookstores will continue to grow as consumers continue to purchase more books and they become more accessible to book buyers.
The Association said that the increase in book sales reflects the growth of the e-commerce industry, which has created a more competitive marketplace.
He added that the book marketplace has become a much more competitive environment for book publishers.
He also noted that a growing number of people are opting to buy their books through their mobile devices rather than through traditional bookstores, where they would have to go to bookshops.
He says the industry has seen a growth in e-books and other online services, which allow book buyers to purchase books from independent bookstores for a lower price.
This has helped to keep booksellors busy.
The book industry is also seeing an increase in digital publishing, which means more people have access to books on mobile devices and online.
This is also helping the industry grow.
Schuster noted that e-book sales are not increasing as quickly as the industry expects.
He cited the recent increase in the number and number of Kindle books sold in the U.S. and Canada, which he said are the best sellers.
This also suggests that the ebooks market is expanding, he said.
The National Retail Federation is also urging the book publishing industry to be more transparent about its sales data.
The trade group says that book sales are growing at a steady rate.
The NRR also pointed to the recent booksellings of the New York Times Book Review and The New York Review of Books.
They also said that sales of the HarperCollins and Simon & Schuster books have increased, but it said they are still below average in the industry.
