A new cast has been announced for the sci-fi thriller “Black Mirror,” and it’s bringing back the show’s original cast members, including Charlie Brooker.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Brooker revealed the new cast members would include “an actor who has never been on a television show before,” and said he would be “really excited” to reunite with the original cast.
The show’s director, Charlie Brookers, was first announced in 2013 as a potential cast member, but the news was later confirmed by TVLine in March.
“Black Mirror” season two will premiere in 2018.
The series’ first season, “The Fall,” aired in 2017.
The second season will also feature new episodes, and “The Black Mirror” is set to premiere on Netflix in 2019.
Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and other streaming platforms have all announced plans to stream episodes of the new season.
